Nebius: akin buying $NVDA with leverage
Between 2024 and 2025, hyperscalers have grown to command approximately 60–66% of the global cloud market, leveraging their extensive services and worldwide infrastructure. On the other hand, neocloud providers, focused on delivering high-performance, cost-efficient infrastructure tailored for AI, and machine learning workloads, hold a smaller but expanding share of under 5%.

They function as specialized providers of computational resources, addressing capacity constraints faced by major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Nebius: The Winner in the Era of LLM Commoditization
Nebius recently signed two major deals with big cloud companies: one worth $17.4–$19.4 billion with Microsoft and another around $3 billion with Meta. These deals strongly prove Nebius’s strong position in the AI world. They give the company the funds and trust to quickly grow revenue and build more infrastructure.
